Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unworn
- Unused
- Unwashed
- With tags attached (where relevant)
- In its original packaging (not torn apart)
You’ll also need the emailed receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us - we always recommend that this is done via a recorded delivery service to ensure it isn't lost in transit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your products upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
To be eligible for a refund if your product is delivered damaged, you must:
- Where possible, if the damage is obvious upon delivery, please sign for it as "damaged" as it aids the process of a claim with the courier.
- Notify us of damages within 48 hours of receiving the product and do not use the product or remove any tags so we can accurately assess the issue.
- Retain any packaging or box that it was delivered in so if it needs to be collected, it can be returned in the same manner.
- Email us a photo of the product showing the damage as well as confirmation of your order reference number to info@muaythai-boxing.com
Notify us as soon as possible if an item has arrived damaged and we will try our best to resolve the issue promptly and get a replacement out to you at no extra cost if available, issue a refund or come to a mutually agreed arrangement whereby if the above requirements have not been met, we will reserve the right to deduct an agreed amount from any refund issued.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, even when new. These include:
- Perishable goods - such as oil, cream, zinc-oxide tapes etc.
- Personal use goods - such as groin guards, mouth guards, hand wraps and ankle supports, etc.
- Custom products - such as special orders or personalized items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Wrongly purchased or unwanted items
The fastest way to ensure a quick exchange for wrongly purchased or unwanted items is to contact us, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted (please refer to the conditions at the top of this policy) and received back, we will issue a full refund for the product only, not the postage charge.
You can make a separate purchase for the new item if needed at your earliest convenience to ensure the product does not sell out whilst you wait for your refund to be processed (or at your own discretion).
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
